We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders made during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Please note that during peak seasons or sale events, dispatch times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. Rest assured, we're working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service team and we'll help you initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
